Hey Waagaa
Well imo it's all going great for us at the moment - in the past we've always had problems with people not quite understanding what we're about and so joining us for the wrong reasons, getting annoyed that we're not hardcore progression fiends, and then quitting to join another guild. etc.
But we've now got a core of maybe 30 people who are all on our wavelength, so the past month or two raidwise has been great fun (we finally downed Vashj and started MT/BT) and so (fingers crossed) it'll be plain sailing for us from now until the expansion.
The main problem really is that we're lacking a 'blame' mascot at the moment, although we have quite a few raiders who've made it to rank of 'smurf' recently for um 'commitment to the cause of silly mistakes'. I have yet to be a smurf although I did manage to click a Portal to Shatt thinking it was a Refreshment Portal and caused a 15min break while I walked back, being the only warlock in the raid.
Hope things are good for you, Steam, Diz and everyone in Focus !

Good to hear things are moving and you guys seem to be on a killing spree currently!

Not practicing for DK, no :-p Think I'll actually play a class that counters them best, sounds like good fun to be the counter to the most hyped class ever! :)

Focus is doing OK, but it's hard to find people that want to raid nowadays, when we get 25 people together we seem to do pretty good, but filling raids with good peeps that don't go emo after a few weeks appears to be hard! :)
